Interim Revenue Cycle Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is urgently seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager for a 12-week contract for our healthcare client located in South Houston. This will be a contract role assisting with day to day operations for our client's revenue cycle team, ensuring that the revenue cycle flow is smoothly operating, as well as assisting the team with any challenges or questions that arise throughout the day. Interested candidates must be highly knowledgable of the backend of the revenue cycle. 

Requirements/Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required, MHA strongly desired
• Minimum 5 years experience in a revenue cycle management role 
• Proven leadership experience over a revenue cycle team
• Strong ability to work well with a variety of internal employees, including C-Suite staff
• Tech savvy and able to work within multiple software systems
• Able to jump in, analyze, and provide immediate solutions to improve day to day operations 
• Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines while keeping smoothly operating the daily tasks 

 

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
