Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Job Title: Senior CPQ Consultant – Salesforce Revenue Cloud About the Role We’re looking for a Senior CPQ Consultant to design and develop custom solutions for a Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud transition . This role will build workflows, data models, and automations while leveraging Generative AI to accelerate development and optimization. Responsibilities Design and implement custom workflows, Flow Designer flows, sub-flows, and data models/tables/relationships for quotes management. Configure triggers, notifications, decision tables, and business logic to automate core processes. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with analysts, architects, and AI SMEs. Integrate Generative AI (e.g., Agentforce) for code generation, workflow optimization, and development acceleration. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines. Conduct unit testing, support QA, and resolve issues during implementation. Reuse existing integrations and APIs within the RCA environment. Mentor junior consultants and provide RCA/CPQ knowledge transfer. Contribute to technical documentation and deployment guides. Collaborate with stakeholders for iterative solution enhancements. Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce CPQ/RCA consulting or development experience in enterprise projects. Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Designer, Workflow Builder . Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs. Hands-on with RCA releases and AI-powered features (highly desirable). Salesforce CPQ Specialist or RCA Certified Application Developer required. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Agile methodology experience and familiarity with Jira/Confluence. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Desired Skills (Bonus) 6–8 years in AI/ML with 2+ years in Generative & Agentic AI . Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK . Proficiency in Python/Java AI libraries, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL, and vector databases. Exposure to RAG pipelines, reinforcement learning, MCP servers , and chatbot development for Teams/Slack.
