We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of Salesforce professionals and be responsible for enhancing and upgrading multiple Salesforce organizations. Your expertise will drive the development of end-to-end solutions that optimize customer service and user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects. Salesforce Solutions: Develop and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using the Salesforce Platform, Classic, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Flows, Apex Classes, and Triggers. Support, enhance, and upgrade multiple Salesforce organizations. Cloud Implementations: Showcase expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations to enhance customer service and user experiences. Best Practices: Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices in development, security, and code optimization. Consultative Engagement: Work on billable engagements, providing support, advice, and guidance on service solutions. Communicate with the Project Manager and Architect to design product strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment. Customer Interaction: Provide clear and professional analysis to customers and document all work processes and solutions thoroughly. Problem-Solving: Address diverse problems requiring data analysis, demonstrating good judgment in selecting appropriate methods for solutions. Qualifications: Experience: Required: 5+ years of experience in a lead role. 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and data migration. Strong background in Salesforce Administration and implementation of Sales, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Technical Skills: Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, and Flows. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Sharing/Security Model, and data modeling. Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes. Familiarity with creating sandboxes and promoting changes from lower sandboxes to production instances. Experience working in an Agile environment with a solid understanding of the Scrum model. Desired Skills: Experience with Omni Studio components (Integration Procedure, DataRaptor, FlexCard) and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
