Compensation: $65–$75 per hour
Schedule: 1 day per week (8 hours per week)
Setting: School-Based | Grades K–2 and 6–12

We’re currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a specialized charter school in Tucson. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting students’ physical development and independence through engaging, school-based therapy.

What You’ll DoConduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs and eligibility.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Provide therapy services across models, including classroom-based integration.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create effective interventions.
Participate in IEP and student support meetings as a valued team contributor.
Maintain accurate documentation for IEP compliance and Medicaid billing.
Track student progress through data-driven monitoring and regular reporting.
Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to a positive school culture.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy
Active Arizona Physical Therapy License
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a school-based setting
Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Experience with classroom-integrated therapy models
Training or familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
A positive, student-centered, and solutions-focused attitude
