This position focuses on supporting elementary and middle school-aged children with a diverse caseload in the Palatine and Antioch, IL areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive social work services to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Conduct assessments, crisis interventions, and referrals as needed to promote student well-being and academic success.
