About this role

The Senior Manager of Executive Communications will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the communications strategy for our executive team, including increasing the visibility and influence of our CEO, CTO, and other senior leaders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and presentation development skills, a keen understanding of digital and social media, and the ability to meticulously project manage high-profile speaking opportunities and communications activities in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for key members of the executive team

• Spearhead content development for C-suite executives, including crafting keynotes, presentations, op-eds, and social media posts; align executive messaging with overall company goals

• Manage Writer’s speakers bureau; secure and coordinate executive participation in conferences, speaking engagements, and other public events

• Conceptionalize talk tracks and presentations, and work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure that presentations meet brand standards and maintain a cohesive look and feel

• Support media interactions for the executive team, including prepping key executives for interviews and crafting critical follow up communication

• Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, and Q&A documents as needed

• Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on communications
  

Is this you?

• 7+ years of experience in executive communications, public relations, or corporate communications within the tech industry

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Skilled at crafting compelling presentations for a variety of formats and audiences, including a good eye for design and aesthetics

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior executives as well as cross-functional teams

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
