Description

• Develop software system design, programming & documentation based on business requirements
• Provide technical assistance and technical training to other departments
• Document & report status / progress of assigned tasks on a regular basis
• Responsible for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards & quality levels
• Maintain knowledge of best practices surrounding IT technology, processes & applications development / support
• Work effectively with other team members on multi-person projects, provide constructive evaluation of code & share knowledge / insight
• Communicate with business users & analysts to gather accurate requirements for new enhancements & applications

Requirements

• 8+ years of development experience required
• Experience working in smaller teams within a growing environment
• Proven ability to independently manage tasks and priorities, accurately estimate work, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, and self motivated
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and design skills
• Experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications
• Ability to escalate issues for resolution

• Prior experience working within Microsoft .Net development environment
• Proven knowledge in n-tier web/Windows applications using ASP.NET 4.6/4.8, .NET 8, C#, ADO.NET, HTML, Ajax, jQuery, Remoting, WCF, web services, CSS, PowerShell
• Experience with Windows Services and IIS
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, stored procedures, user defined functions, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (2017+), TFS, SQL 2017/2019
• DevOps Deployments using CCMI processes
• Solid understanding of Object-oriented design
