Spud Fish And Chips in Edmonds, WA is looking for a full or part time shift lead to join our afternoon/evening team. We are located on 174 Sunset Ave S. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working with a focus on serving a delicious meal to all our customers. Mainly mid and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal
• Ensure till is accurate at beginning and end of shift
• Prep & cook all menu items as needed
• End of night cash counting and securing the restaurant

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
• Prior food service experience a plus, but not needed
• Valid MAST certificate and food handler's permit required
