Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in East Greenwich, RI, serving K-12 students within a school setting. This contract position spans from now through the end of the current school year, focusing on supporting students in grades 1-4. The role requires a dedicated professional skilled in providing speech and language services, with credentials including the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology considered essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP credential with a CCC certification.
  • Experience working within a school-based K-12 environment.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location: East Greenwich, Rhode Island
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: Current School Year (Now through end of the school year)
Student Focus: Grades 1 through 4
