Job Description
We are looking for a high-caliber and tested Senior Product Manager Tech to join our team.
In this role, you will build new supply chain operational capabilities to meet growing enterprise requirements for Multi-Channel Fulfillment, Buy with Prime, and Amazon supply chain programs. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product experience for customized supply chain operation including: value-added services (VAS) such as customized shipping labels, packing slips, branded packaging, inventory kitting and preparation, shipping gifting product together with purchase product. As a product owner, you will work closely with our operations team, and a dedicated engineering team with collaboration with other technical teams across Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and business impact.
Understand the technology that underpins our pricing systems. Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long-term technology strategy.
Work closely with merchants, support agents, sales& marketing, and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering counterparts on the roadmap to address gaps, identify dependencies, and clear blockers, balancing impact vs. engineering cost.
Champion the ideal end-to-end experience for your customers.
Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues, and uncover trends and patterns.

MCF represents the core fulfillment capability of BwP a new business initiative for Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in building and managing pricing systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
