Human Resources Internship Program \u00A0

The Role : Human Resources: Experience different HR areas and gain a broad, cross-functional understanding of the HR function and a foundation of business insight. For HR, we look for strong multi-taskers with a strong EQ and communication skills and are analytical problem solvers. During the HR Internship you will be gaining:\u00A0

• Exposure to the different realms of HR: Talent Management, Talent acquisition, People Analytics, Benefits, Line HR, Associate Experience, T&D Learning, Compensation, Employee Relations, etc. through formal learning sessions.\u00A0\u00A0

• Frequent opportunities to participate in meetings with best-in-class Fidelity associates and occasionally even outside vendor partners.\u00A0

• Build up their business acumen in their dedicated assignment area and learn corporate communication styles and how to navigate the workplace effectively.\u00A0\u00A0

• Professionally network with multiple associates, across multiple levels, within Fidelity HR.\u00A0\u00A0

• Interns will be asked to creatively assess their assignment areas over the internship and present to leadership their assessment and analysis of their learnings. \u202F \u202F\u00A0
