PAYLOAD OPERATOR (1099 CONUS)
General: Support customer flight operations by performing duties as a Payload Operator (PO). The PO is responsible for coordinating ground and flight operations of a TASE 400. PO is responsible for preflight, mission and post flight operations and to monitoring all vital signs of the payload.
Responsibilities: The coordination of payload including ground operation, maintenance, post flight, and communication with ground crews and mission coordinators. PO is responsible for operation of the Payload (TASE 400), CRM, customer coordination, a professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and eagerness to expand a growing platform. The selected individual will be comfortable working in close quarters with Pilot in a Cessna 206/182, able to voice recommendations, and flexible enough to adapt to sudden changes in mission tasking.
Minimum Requirements:
+ 3 years PO experience
+100 hours as Payload Operator (Unmanned and/or Manned and/or Aerostat)
Excellent verbal communication with Flight, Ground Crew and others on flight line
Pass a Background Check
Work Experience in aviation field
Ability to do night shift work
