Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Ware, MA

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

• Safeguard the Customer's product to ensure the quality of the material.
• Perform accurate picking, staging, loading, unloading, stacking, and relocating of products.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all associates and adhere to safety protocols.
• Unload and stock material accurately recording the quantity and description of the items delivered.
• Support management in achieving profit and growth objectives as outlined in the strategic business plan.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work day or night shifts as required.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience in loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented
