As a Warehouse Operations Trainee, you will gain valuable skills through an engaging 18-month rotational program designed to prepare you for leadership in our thriving organization.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM
Position Responsibilities
Gain a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations through hands-on learning across various teams.
Engage in active training within inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
Enhance your management skills to ensure high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
Achieve forklift and other equipment certifications during your rotations.
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor's degree.
Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Self-motivated team player with excellent multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Willingness to relocate to another Uline Warehouse location as necessary.
