Schwall Builders has been a family-owned and operated Northbrook business since 1963.
That means two things. First, we take our work – and your satisfaction – personally. It’s our name and our reputation on the line with every nail we drive home. Our founder, Charles “Chuck” E. Schwall, taught his five sons an important lesson early: The only way to assure success tomorrow is to do great work today.
Schwall retired in 1990, but his sons have continued the family tradition of integrity and professionalism as the company has expanded from general contracting to construction, design and development, and home improvement and maintenance.
We employ our own project foremen, carpenters and laborers, and our longstanding relationships with local subcontractors ensure the hands-on expertise of proven specialists in every job we do.
