This position will leverage previous delivery experience and keen business acumen in the following areas:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1. Create & Maintain relationship with merchandiser, salesman, and management team within New West Distributing. 2. Keep Inventory Controlled by:

• Handheld Knowledge
• Verifying correct inventory count at accounts
• Collecting payment Cash, Check, Charge.
• Backroom Cleanliness
• Rotation of product in back rooms
• Removal of beer that is out of code or damaged

3. Communicating with the Salesman for each account daily. - Working together efficiently to deliver/merchandise accounts.

1. Building and maintaining great relationships with customers.
2. Ensuring orders are delivered on time.

6. Checking Displays by:

• Ensuring product is rotated properly
• Maintaining a specific quantity and appearance to reduce chance of display being pulled
• Building and rotating displays

7. Ability to follow DOT traffic laws 8. Safe driving at all times by:

• Pre-trip inspection daily
• All safety equipment required

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Broad experience and understanding of the delivery market.
2. Ability to organize and prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical

timeframes. 3. Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 5. Ability to interact professionally with diverse group of merchandisers, salespeople and managers. 6. Delivery handheld experience is preferred, but not required. 7. Knowledge and ability to communicate market standards 8. Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Physical Demands These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands above head, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift 25 to 40 lbs., frequently and 100 to 165 lbs, occasionally. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Additional Physical Demands:

1. Get in and out of truck 15-30 times per day.
2. Unloading product from above your head.
3. Handle cases of product 500 to 800 times per day.
4. Ability to lift and move a half barrel keg 165 lbs.
5. Able to pick up and move product for a 10 to 12 hour shift.
6. Walking long distances for long periods of time.
7. Knowledge on how to work a hand truck.
8. Push and pull up to 330 lbs.
