NTT DATA Services currently seeks Data Entry Clerk to join our team working Hybrid Remote and onsite. Data Entry Clerk - Provider Directory Accuracy Location: 500 Virginia St East, Charleston, WV 25301 - Will Train in Office and can work remotely from home after. Type: Long term temporary Summary: This position is for the specific purpose of confirming telephone numbers listed in our provider directory. If an incorrect number is found, this role would also use public search options to find the correct number. Then that corrected number with the specific provider details will be entered into a provided template and provided to the manager.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound telephone outreach to provider offices
• Verify practice/mailing addresses and phone numbers
• Document updates and verification results

Job Requirements and Skills:

• 0-1 years of computer keyboard and data entry skills; able to navigate with a computer/systems-dependent environment without assistance;
• 1 year of experience in a window-based computer environment.
• 6 months of knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding and ICD-9 coding

Preferred:

• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
• Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills
• Professional phone etiquette

Education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent
