Collaborate with teams to develop timely and relevant programming. Manage speaker relationships and partner with collaborators to deliver impactful experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead content development for events, managing speakers and driving engagement. Collaborate with teams to align programming with themes and priorities. Manage communications and relationships with speakers and attendees. Develop and edit event content for marketing and communications. Draft and implement engaging copy for event communications. Collaborate with marketing teams to produce campaigns and promotional materials. Work with sales to develop content ideas for sponsors and ensure alignment. Qualifications 4 years of experience in event programming, planning, or content marketing. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create concise messaging. Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Experience collaborating with editorial, marketing, sales, and production teams. Comfort engaging high-level speakers and stakeholders with professionalism. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and understanding of audience needs. Passion for current events, storytelling, and creating engaging experiences.
