Your Responsibilities: We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. If you're eager to grow and help shape a team culture where sharing ideas and continuously improving is key, this role is for you. Book ocean freight shipments, collaborating with our teams abroad to secure the best carriers for our clients; Manage the pre- and post-shipping processes across all transport modes; Prepare and create shipping documents, including customs clearance orders; Communicate with clients, service providers, and AsstrA offices in both English and Russian: Complete all logistics and shipping paperwork to ensure smooth operations. What We Expect: Around 2 years of experience in ocean freight; Fluent in both Russian and English; A genuine interest in growing AsstrA's presence in the U.S. and globally; A hands-on mentality, willing to tackle new challenges head-on; A strong drive to contribute and develop yourself professionally; The ability to work within a team to resolve problems and take responsibility; Proactive work ethic and a desire to achieve results.
