HVAC Technician – Join Our Team!

Location: Lexington, SC
Full-Time | $20.00–$30.00 per hour + Commission

What You’ll Do:

As an Experienced HVAC Technician , you’ll be the go-to expert for installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems. You’ll work directly with homeowners and businesses to keep their environments comfortable and energy-efficient — while representing the company’s commitment to professionalism and outstanding service.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize efficiency and lifespan
• Assemble, install, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration ducts
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions quickly and accurately
• Provide clear communication and upfront pricing to customers
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Follow safety standards and uphold company policies
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of verifiable HVAC experience
• Certification: HVAC technician license or certification preferred
• Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair ability across HVAC systems
• Professionalism: Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Physical Capability: Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle physical demands
• Availability: Flexible for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
