Job Description

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Location: Ames, IA

Pay Range: $22.00 hour 

Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-1:45am

What's the Job?

• Operate production machines to produce quality products according to build signals
• MUST HAVE MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE
• Gather materials and set up straightforward equipment
• Maintain product quality standards through visual and dimensional inspections
• Record and maintain quality and traceability information
• Follow safety policies, including PPE usage and equipment safety protocols

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Six months of production experience
• Six months of mechanical experience or equivalent
• Manual dexterity and good coordination
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• must have machine operator experience (needed) 
• able to work independently as well
