We need an eagle-eyed Proofreader to be the final quality gate for all public-facing content. You will ensure our brand maintains its reputation for professionalism and clarity by eliminating every typo, grammatical error, and inconsistency.
Your Mission
Review and Perfect: Proofread all marketing copy, website content, articles, and communications before release.
Guard Our Standards: Enforce strict adherence to our company style guide, grammar, and brand voice.
Ensure Accuracy: Verify spelling, punctuation, syntax, and formatting across all materials.
Manage Deadlines: Work quickly and efficiently to handle daily content volume with total precision.
What You Need
Proven experience in professional proofreading or copyediting.
Flawless command of English grammar and style rules.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate edits clearly to writers and designers.
