• Lead and mentor the payroll and benefits managers while owning overall strategy and execution for both functions
• Identify and implement process improvements across payroll and benefits, using data and technology to increase automation and efficiency
• Become the go-to expert on the company's HRIS tools and workflows, optimizing usage and uncovering new capabilities
• Roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed-whether it's processing weekly payroll, enrolling new employees in benefit plans, or supporting your team through busy periods, you'll lead by example and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
