We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing Surgical Services team. This is a great opportunity to join a clinically strong, highly tenured department with no current RN vacancies and a robust culture of teamwork, education, and excellence. As the OR Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. across the Operating Room and Central Sterile Processing (CSP) departments. You’ll lead a dedicated team of clinical professionals, drive performance and quality initiatives, and collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and maternity leaders to ensure seamless patient care. Clinical specialties include: General Surgery, Urology, GYN/GYN Oncology, Reconstructive Surgery, Breast Cancer Surgeries, Da Vinci Robotics, and Complex Cancer Care.
